I have been using Sycamore Energy for the past year, and I must say their service is average. While the installation process was smooth and the solar panels are functioning well, I feel that the customer support could be improved. There have been times when my queries were not addressed promptly, resulting in delays. Overall, I am satisfied with the energy savings, but I believe there is room for improvement in the customer service department.
