I have been a customer of Solid World d.o.o. for several years and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide the products I need, the overall experience is just okay. The customer support can be slow at times and I have encountered some issues with the delivery process. However, they do have a wide range of products to choose from, which is a plus. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
