I had a mixed experience with Directlease Nederland. While the process of leasing a car was quite straightforward, I had some issues with the customer service. They were slow in responding to my queries and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. However, once the issue was resolved, everything went smoothly. Overall, I would rate it as an average experience.
