In short, our history of the bizarre repair of equipment.
Two years ago, we bought a dishwasher. In August last year, the heater broke down in the dishwasher. We applied for repair under the warranty. We waited several weeks for repair. Long, but it would be fine if it ended with this one intervention. After the repair, the heater broke down again. And after a few days. And the same cycle has been repeated four times! FOUR TIMES! We asked for the replacement of equipment because, as you can see, the repairs turned out to be ineffective. In about 5 months, the dishwasher operated for a total of about 2 weeks. The service technician himself qualified the equipment for replacement. However, Electrolux refused to move our application again to repair !!! This is absurd !! Once again, we appeal in a complaint. And we are going to report the matter to the Consumer Ombudsman. Every piece of equipment has the right to break, but the manufacturer's behavior in this case is bizarre! At the same time, we feel that the usual complaint path is ineffective, and Electrolux is deaf to arguments and does not care about good opinion. It remains only to publicize this matter to us to fight for our rights. Do you want Dear Electrolux ??? !!!
