I recently started therapy at a local counseling center and it has been incredibly helpful for me. The therapy sessions have provided me with a safe space to explore my thoughts and feelings without judgment. The therapists are empathetic and skilled at what they do. I feel like I am making progress and gaining valuable insights about myself. I would highly recommend their services.
