Working as an adjunct faculty member at a community college has its challenges, but I've had a positive experience at NCC. The support from my colleagues has been great, and I've been able to develop my teaching skills. The only downside is the lack of job security and the low pay. However, the overall experience has been rewarding, and I would recommend it to others.
