DBBalance is an average company. The service they provide is alright, but nothing exceptional. I had some minor issues with their website, but their customer support was able to help me resolve them quickly. Overall, I wouldn't say I had a bad experience with DBBalance, but I also wouldn't recommend them as the best option out there.
