Unfortunately my current experience over the last 3 months or so even before the corona period made me rate this dealer back to the ZERO star again. Very non professional low profile sales staff, customer relations, finance and even management if any !
My negative experience there made me make a decision to get rid of all my 4 Audis in favor of another reputable German brand and I am in the middle now of getting rid of the last one.The way it is going now AUDI is losing a lot of customers and business which has been diverted into the competition ! Even the negotiation about the one I was trying to get as superseded model failed !
I feel really sorry that Audi Australia kept failing to give it a full revamp to this dealer which needs everything to be replaced except for the cars and hardware.I am sure there are much more efficient professional teams who can be hired to run this big structure .......

Thanks god at last they god rid of all the old sale team who are now infesting other dealers.Congratulations on the new professional classy friendly team and bad luck to the other dealers who were infested by the old team !!!!! Back to 5 stars from zero star !!
