Opportunity Tax is an average company. I used their services last year and while they were able to help me file my taxes, I wasn't overly impressed. The process was fairly straightforward and the staff was friendly, but I felt like there were some areas where they could have been more knowledgeable. Overall, I wouldn't say they were great, but they got the job done.
