I have used Nimbyx on multiple occasions and overall, my experience has been decent. The website is easy to use and the products are of good quality. However, there have been a few instances where I faced some difficulties with customer support. The response time was longer than expected and I had to follow up multiple times to get my issue resolved. Nonetheless, I believe Nimbyx has the potential to improve their customer service and become a better company in the future.
