I had an average experience with Innovative Counseling Services, Inc. The therapist I worked with was knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned about my well-being. However, I felt that our sessions lacked depth and I didn't see much progress in my mental health. Overall, I would say their services were satisfactory.
