I recently used the services of a certain company. I found their website to be well-designed and intuitive. The information I needed was readily available and easy to find. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. The representatives were not very knowledgeable and it took them a long time to respond to my inquiries. I think they have some room for improvement in this area.
