I have been a customer of Empire Communications, Inc. for the past two years and I must say that my experience has been average. The customer service representatives have been helpful, but there have been times when I had to wait on hold for a long time. The quality of the internet and phone service is decent, but there have been occasional outages. Overall, Empire Communications, Inc. is a good company, but there is room for improvement.
