I have been a customer of Moscow Mills for several years now and I must say their service is average. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing to write home about. However, their customer support is quite helpful and responsive. I have had a few issues with some of the products I purchased and they were always quick to resolve them. Overall, I would say Moscow Mills is an okay company to do business with.
