I recently had an interaction with a production company and had a mixed experience. While they did a decent job, I was not particularly impressed with their services. The website was well-designed and informative, but I feel they could have done more to make the process smoother. I expected a higher level of professionalism and attention to detail. Despite these shortcomings, the end result was satisfactory.
