I've been a resident of this neighborhood managed by The Springs At Santa Rita Homeowners Association, INC for a while now, and I'm happy to say that it has been a positive experience overall. The association does a good job of maintaining the common areas, ensuring cleanliness, and promptly addressing any maintenance issues. It's a great community to be a part of.
