I recently purchased some wetcast products from Creative. Overall, I was satisfied with the quality and pricing. However, I did encounter a small issue with the delivery, which took longer than expected. Nonetheless, their customer service team was prompt in addressing the issue and resolving it. I appreciate their professionalism and would consider buying from them again in the future.
