I have been a customer of Mad monkey inc. for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they do deliver on time, the quality of their products leaves much to be desired. I often find myself having to return items due to defects or poor craftsmanship. However, their customer service is excellent and they always handle returns and refunds promptly.
