My experience with D and D Computer Services, Inc....

My experience with D and D Computer Services, Inc. has been mixed. On one hand, their technicians are knowledgeable and were able to solve my computer issue. On the other hand, their customer service needs improvement. The staff was not very friendly or responsive to my inquiries. Overall, I would rate them as average.
