Really helpful and friendly. They record you on a treadmill which I don t know that it actually impacted the shoes I ended up with, but I can see where it would be awesome if you have an issue or injury. Brought several pairs of shoes out for me to try including one from the clearance table, and I ended up with the right shoes for $85. Broke them in today with a 15 mile walk and the shoes are great, no problems.
