I have been a member of an employee union for quite some time now, and I appreciate the efforts made by the California State University Employees Union. They have been instrumental in securing benefits for the employees and ensuring fair treatment. The union's communication channels are effective, keeping members informed about important matters. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and addressing individual concerns. Overall, I am happy with the union's work and the positive impact it has had on our lives.
