I recently interacted with an economic development organization in Jersey City, and I must say, the service I received was outstanding. The team was professional and went above and beyond to address my needs. However, I found the website lacking in user-friendliness and had difficulty finding the information I needed. Despite that, their dedication to customer satisfaction was commendable. Considering all factors, I rate their performance as great.
