I have mixed feelings about Mark one corporation. While their customer service is great and their website is easy to use, the quality of their products leaves much to be desired. I have had multiple items break or malfunction shortly after purchase. I appreciate their efforts to resolve these issues, but it is frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't last.
