I had a mixed experience with Duet Public Relations Inc. The customer service was great, but the quality of their work was average. I expected more from such a reputed company. They were prompt in responding to my queries and addressing my concerns, but the final results were not up to my expectations. Overall, I would rate them as average. They have room for improvement.
