I recently used the services of a event planning company for a special occasion. The website was user-friendly and contained a lot of information, which I found helpful. However, when I reached out for more information, the response time was quite slow, and there were some discrepancies in the information provided. The event itself was well-organized, but there were a few minor details that were overlooked. Overall, I’d rate the experience as average. There is definitely potential, but I think attention to detail and communication can be improved.
