I recently used a service from this company and found it to be okay. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the response time for queries was a bit slow 😕. The product quality was decent, but I expected more. The delivery was on time, which was a plus. The customer service was polite, but they didn't go out of their way to address my concerns. Overall, it was an average experience. I think there's potential for improvement in terms of communication and product quality. I hope they work on enhancing the customer experience in the future.
