I have been working at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson for a few years now and I have to say that it has been a great experience. The company values its employees and fosters a positive work environment. The work-life balance is excellent and the benefits are amazing. The management team is supportive and there are plenty of opportunities for growth and development. Overall, I would rate the company as excellent.
