I recently worked with an outsourcing company and I must say that I was impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. They delivered the project on time and the quality of work was excellent. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. There were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Despite this, I am overall satisfied with their services.
