I recently had the opportunity to work with this company for my networking needs, and I must say that my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and provided sufficient information about their services. However, communication could have been better. It took a bit longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, which caused some delays in the project timeline. Nevertheless, once we got the ball rolling, the technicians were knowledgeable and efficient in their work. They were able to solve the networking issues I was facing and provided satisfactory solutions. While the overall experience was not outstanding, it was also not disappointing. I appreciate the effort put into resolving the problems and ensuring that my network is now up and running smoothly. Improvement in communication could greatly enhance the customer experience.
