I recently had the opportunity to work with the Cortland county community action program inc. and I must say, the experience was average. The staff was friendly, but the overall service provided was just okay. I expected more based on the reviews I had read online. The website capco.org was informative and easy to navigate. However, I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of the programs offered and the efficiency of the organization. I hope that the company takes customer feedback into consideration and works towards enhancing their services.
