Very disappointing experience in trying to get help for a dive computer. Don't bother trying to call any of their numbers, the answering message first promises a customer service answer in 1 or 2 minutes, repeats that after a five minute delay and then a few minutes later states that due to high call volume your call cannot be answered. Sends you to voice mail which is also ignored. The initial answering message promotes their new acquisitions and great new products. But why even consider these when they do not provide support for the product(s) you've already bought.
