The worst interview process ever . They made us stand in line behind the gate for an hour in sun and then security guard stopped us because we didn't had "voter /pan/license " where we showed adharcard (laminated) they didn't allow many people in . We had to wait and some sir took us in . After that We had to wait for 5 and half Hours just for 1st round jam , aftar that where HR came and asked questions, he just gave us 20 seconds to answer, that's it 1st round was over .We waited for 6 and half Hours without food and water , how com 20 seconds is sufficient ? He didn't even explain anything about the job role and started asking out of no where , And there's no feedback too . Employees in wipro are So IRRESPONSIBLE and RECKLESS.
