We have been trying to get a boat insured here for...

We have been trying to get a boat insured here for over a month. Every time we call or go in, it's something else they want documentation for. This is such a ridiculously long process. Why don't they just tell you everything they need the first time you call and ask so everything they need could be done in one trip instead of four? Apparently, they don't know how to send the quote options we were promised days ago via email either; saying, oh sorry, it's still in my drafts box. Meanwhile, everything goes uninsured for months. Grrrr.
