On Sunday 20 October my friend and I got into the car to have a cup of coffee at chateau Neercanne.
We had become curious after all the positive reviews on Google to have a look at this location and menu with our own eyes.
After 80 km. having driven we saw a beautiful castle in an equally beautiful area.
It was raining cats and dogs but that didn't spoil the fun.
We had parked the car downstairs and walked upstairs on foot.
Upon arrival we immediately met an employee who asked if he could help us, very nice.
We made it clear to him that we wanted to drink a cup of coffee.
He then led us to an outbuilding.
Upon arrival this turned out to be reserved for people who had a car encounter that day.
We asked if we could take a seat in the restaurant that was almost empty.
We were only allowed in there for lunch.
It was 3:15 pm and we only wanted a cup of coffee with any cake.
The young man indicated that we could drive on to the nearby village to have a cup of coffee.
We are very disappointed that such a large location cannot receive multiple companies.
And certainly disappointed in the fact that we were able to return home to the organizer.
