I had a mixed experience with Cobra investigation consultants. While their website was easy to navigate and their services were reasonably priced, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my inquiries. However, the quality of their investigative work was excellent and they provided me with valuable information. Overall, I would rate them as average.
