Znergy- energy independence has been an average experience for me. While their services are good, there is definitely room for improvement. The communication with their customer support team is usually slow and sometimes unresponsive. However, I must admit that their energy solutions have helped me reduce my electricity bills. Overall, I would rate them as average.
