I needed a kit by a certain date for class, so I ordered it and was told I would receive 2 day shipping as it involved live insects. It took me speaking to three customer service representatives to even determine that I would be eligible for 2 day shipping, even though my package listed that it was live. Four days later, after still receiving no shipping invoice, I contacted customer service again, only to find out that my package not only did not ship, but would not arrive for at least another 4 days. Not only was the 2 day shipping nonexistent, but now the insects in my kit will have to be replaced because they will likely all die before they even arrive to me. The most frustrating part was not a single one of the four customer service representatives could give me a straight answer.
