I recently took a cheese-making course at a local school, and it pales in comparison to what I experienced at the New Zealand Cheese School Ltd. The instructors here are unparalleled in their knowledge and expertise, and they create such a warm and encouraging learning environment. The hands-on approach and the opportunity to work with different types of cheese have greatly improved my skills. I can't recommend this school enough!
