I had an average experience with Gita travel. The website gitatravels.com was easy to navigate and had a wide range of options for different types of trips. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say Gita travel is a decent company, but there are certainly areas where they could improve.
