I have been a loyal customer of Grupo expresion for a long time now and I have to say that their services are average at best. While their website is easy to use and navigate, their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. The response time is slow and sometimes the agents seem uninterested in solving my issues. I hope they improve in the future.
