I had a mixed experience with Malta Blockchain Association. While their website is informative and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. However, once my issue was finally resolved, I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall, I would rate them as average.
