Can improve more on a personalized guest experience specially when it comes to guest requests. I put in a request on my booking for a small mother's day cake and it was not delivered. It was only delivered to the room when I followed it up as we were checking out.
I also booked for 2 adults and 1 child in the room, and when me and my mum were going to have breakfast, they told us only 1 child and 1 adult is allowed for free breakfast.
I also forgot my phone charger, so I had to charge my phone a few times in the concierge desk, a bit troublesome. It would help to have several phone chargers on standby ready to be loaned to guests who are forgetful, like me. Otherwise everything went well.
