I have been a customer of That's tv for a few years now and I must say that their service has been average. It is not bad, but it is also not outstanding. The website is user-friendly and the video quality is decent. However, there have been a few times when the streaming was a bit slow and the content selection could be improved. Overall, I would rate That's tv as an average company.
