I've been practicing yoga for a few years now and recently tried out the Youth Yoga Project classes. They have a great approach to teaching yoga to kids in a fun and engaging way. The sessions are interactive and help kids build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. I appreciate that they focus on teaching yoga as a holistic practice, not just as a physical exercise. Highly recommend for families looking to introduce yoga to their children!
