I have owned over 15 homes and worked with a number of mortgage companies. This is by far the most frustrating crooked company I have ever dealt with. I have an auto pay that leaves my bank the same day every month. Now for the second December in a row they have claimed they did not receive my payment on time. They have late charges on my account AND THEY JUST REPORTED NON PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT. It is total BS. I have proof from the bank that both payments went out as always. I have attempted to correct multiple times and they just keep reiterating they got it late. If they did in fact get a late payment I am going to assume it is because of the delay in the post office because of a global pandemic and worker shortage yet they continue to claim I paid late. I am reporting them to the BBB. DO NOT EVER GET A MORTGAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE AND IF YOUR MORTGAGE GETS SOLD TO THEM RUN THE OTHER WAY AND REFINANCE WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
