I have been a customer of The Microfit Group for a few months now, and overall, my experience has been average. The website is quite user-friendly, but there are some areas that could be improved upon. The customer support is responsive, but sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a resolution. Overall, I would say it's a decent company to work with.
