I had a mixed experience with Fire Sprinkle Sys Inspect Test. While their service was timely and efficient, I found their customer service to be lacking. The technician who came to inspect our sprinkler system was knowledgeable and thorough, but I had difficulty reaching anyone at the company for follow-up questions. Overall, an average experience.
