I have had a mixed experience with Universal Pallet Supply INC. While the quality of their pallets is good, their customer service needs improvement. There have been instances where my orders were delayed or there were errors in the delivery. However, when I contacted their customer support, they were prompt in resolving the issues. Overall, it's a decent company to work with.
