The resort I stayed at in Ubud was a disappointment. Despite the beautiful surroundings, the service was subpar. The staff seemed uninterested in providing a positive experience and I encountered several issues during my stay. The website did not accurately represent the reality of the resort, and I would not recommend it to others.
