Well, I m a dealer, and have much first hand knowledge of the products and people.
It is my opinion OPS has the best Herman Miller Clone system available.
Whenever I ve had an issue, the responsiveness has been excellent. They care about their dealers,
They ship when they say they will, and the shipping damage rate is very low. I ve had excellent success selling both systems and their Benching and glad I am an ops dealer.
I withold the last star...but they re getting there, and most of the time it is.
